Network Solutions Engineer

FULL TIME

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)

Department: Engineering & Technology

Role Overview:

Design and implement high-performance network solutions for residential MDU environments, ensuring reliable connectivity and seamless integration with property management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable network architectures for diverse MDU properties

• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure successful implementation

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and develop sustainable solutions

• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into our service offerings

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in network design and implementation

• CCNA certification required, CCNP preferred

• Experience with Wi-Fi design in high-density environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Customer Success Manager

FULL TIME

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)

Department: Customer Success & Support

Role Overview:

Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of MDU property clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from GRID COMMUNICATIONS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management teams

• Monitor service performance metrics and proactively address potential issues

• Identify opportunities for service expansion and enhancement

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience in telecommunications, property management, or SaaS preferred

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Sales Development Representative

FULL TIME

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)

Department: Business Development

Role Overview:

Generate qualified leads for our sales team by identifying and engaging with potential MDU property clients across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential MDU property targets

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media

• Qualify prospects based on established criteria

• Schedule meetings for senior sales executives

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

•1+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
